Welcome to Skeet's Custom Rods Online Store. Our company was founded in 2002 and specializes in building custom fishing rods for both freshwater and saltwater fishing. There are several things that make our rods unique but the most important thing is the customer's involvement in the design process. Here at Skeet's we don't mass produce rods, we build each rod to the specifications of the angler who will be fishing with it.

Shipping Information:
Your order is very important to us. Any merchandise we have in stock will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of the order. Generally it takes 3-4 weeks to design and build one of our custom fishing rods. Orders for custom rods that are not in stock, and must be built, will be processed and shipped within 4 weeks of receipt of the order. We will notify you as soon as possible if there are any back-orders or shipping delays that might affect our ability to fulfill your order within the 4 week time period.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Please note receipt of a 50% deposit of the total balance is required for us to begin work on a "new build" custom rod order. Orders placed on this website will incur the full cost of the desired item(s). Bank account or credit card accounts provided with the order(s) from this site will be charged 100% of the total cost including any required taxes, shipping, or fees at the time of purchase. If you wish to only provide a 50% deposit you will need to contact us directly via phone or email. Do not attempt to place your order online as we are unable to charge the 50% deposit fee through our store site.
Given the nature of our business every attempt is made to create a fishing rod to the exact specifications of the angler. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please let us know. We are willing to work to resolve any discrepancies or problems that may arise with your new Skeet's Custom Rod. We do provide a limited liability warranty for all of our custom built rods. Please see our website www.skeetsfishingrods.com for warranty information. We do not provide refunds for custom built orders. We will provide repairs and/or replacements at cost if the rod is not covered under warranty. Please note our warranty does not cover rods damaged by neglect, misuse, or mistreatment. Consumers also note you will be required to pay all shipping fees for any returns (includes fishing rods and tackle purchases). Additionally there is a $25 shipping fee to have rods shipped back to you after they are repaired or replaced.
We will provide refunds for tackle purchased from our online store if the refund is requested within 30days of purchase. Refunds will be issued electronically after the product is returned. The product must be returned in its entirety in the condition in which it was purchased. We will be happy to make necessary exchanges as well, however customers please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs and transaction fees.
